it’s been a bloody roller coaster that’s for sure

With a strong passion for helping others, I knew coaching would be my calling. I have been training in the fitness industry for over 5 years, with a year experience as a group fitness coach and since moving into the online space.
I am halfway through a physiotherapy degree, and have also completed my cert 3 and 4 in fitness. But I believe it is my personal journey and experience that brings an immense amount of knowledge and credibility.
I am incredibly passionate about teaching others to live a healthy and sustainable life, while still finding balance and enjoyment. I am absolutely over all the bullsh*t messages out there and am here to bust those myths. Gone are the days of undereating and overtraining, let’s get your energy back and show you how to truly LIVE your life.
I have made many mistakes along the way, resulting in many health issues and overtraining because I could never find that balance. I am now super passionate about helping others get to where I am now as the happiest and most confident version of myself. Let me show you how to bypass these mistakes and fast track to YOUR next level.

MY JOURNEY
I believe my own journey is my greatest asset and education when it comes to coaching my clients.
I have recently gone through a weight loss phase in which I lost 9kg in 12 weeks (pictured above). I did this through a structured program with running and weights, as well as a strict but balanced nutrition regime. I learnt SO much in this time, not only about myself, but about training and nutrition as well.
Before this I had been training for the last 6 years, and prior to this participated in every sport under the sun including soccer (still play to this day), oztag, netball, trampolining, sailing, athletics, cross country etc. I was a very active child but always struggled when it came to weight and self image. At 15 I went through a phase of excessive exercise addiction where I lost a lot of weight, followed by a long phase of binge eating resulting in me gaining about 15kgs. Once Covid hit I lost a lot of this again because all I could do was run. Here is where I fell back into overtraining which resulted in many injuries.
Fast forward to turning 18, I moved to the Gold Coast and completely embraced the uni lifestyle, which meant my fitness journey took a bit of a hit and that’s okay. The past 1.5 years have been where I really refocused on this journey. I started with a structured program about a year ago which made a world of difference, however I was working crazy amounts and also trying to balance many different types of training which again lead to overtraining and fatigue. These last 8 months have been a big eye opener and I am now in a place where everything is routine. I have found the perfect balance. I am a better runner. I am stronger. And I am the happiest I have ever been.
I have been through it all, exercise addiction, binge eating, overtraining, weight loss phases, and experimenting with different types of training. I have found what works for ME, and I want to help find what works for YOU.
