Weekly or fortnightly check-ins

The process:

  • you submit a questionnaire on Monday morning with in-depth questions about how your training, nutrition and mindset has been, as well as any concerns or events coming up that may impact your plan

  • I go through your training, weight stats, progress photos, nutrition log, check-in questionnaire, form videos, strava and habits checked off to assess your progress, training and nutrition.

  • I then respond with a video explaining what I have assessed, this is where I give tips on nutrition, provide education around nutrition and training, and go over the plan for the week

  • I then create a spreadsheet summarising your week, nutrition targets and plan for the week which you will also have access to
